Savvie by Rubberpair and Lurker

Many Web comics have pages sharing drawings and photos sent in by readers. I honestly thought Savvie and Lacey would never earn any fan art: It updates too infrequently, its target audience is too much of a niche, and its readership is too low.   Well, I was honored to be proven wrong by Lurker_in_Latex and Rubberpair! They got together for a little weekend fun, and decided to do a tribute to the strip. Mrs. Pair dressed up as Savvie in "Package for You, M'am" and the photos began! Since Mrs. Pair didn't want her face shown, I did a little creative editing on what they sent me, and substituted Savvie's face (and living room). Everything else, however, is from the original photo.   So, it looks like another Christmas present Savvie ordered has arrived. I wonder if the crop made for a smoother conversation with Mr. Package Man?   Or maybe, with the "younger" hair style, this is Savvie from years past? Regardless, I'd like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Pair and Lurker for the effort and the tribute. This is one way I love being proven wrong!
